新世界发展(00017.HK) 旗下北角住宅项目“皇都”周二(4日)公布新销售部署，透露首张价单将会分为三个销售组别，涵盖优先组别、大手买家组别，以及普通买家组别。
新世界发展营业及市务(特别项目)部总监何家欣透露，较早前入标购买“皇都”维港珍藏大宅单位的买家，可以推荐最多三位买家进入优先组别，该组别买家将可享额外1%楼价折扣。她亦指，“皇都”在本周开价后，将会向公众开放展览厅及示范单位。
新世界周一(3日)公布，“皇都”将于本周内公布首张价单，涉及不少于78伙，涵盖一房、两房及两房连储物房单位。另外，项目将设有两个示范单位予公众参观，包括一房已装饰交楼标准示范单位，以及两房连储物室交楼标准示范单位，实用面积分别为351及509平方呎。(js/u)
