智通财经APP获悉，高鑫零售(06808)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.09%，报1.78港元，成交额1441.12万港元。
消息面上，12月31日，高鑫零售获DCP, Ltd.及关联方场外增持75.08亿股普通股股份，价值约118.62亿港元，持股比例升至78.7%。据悉，阿里巴巴此前宣布将其所持大润发母公司高鑫零售的全部股权转让给德弘资本，此次交易涉及高鑫零售已发行股份的78.7%。交易完成后，德弘资本将成为高鑫零售的主要股东。
花旗此前发表研报，将高鑫零售2025至2027财政年度净利润预测上调7%、4%及3%，并将毛利率预测上调至24.2%、24.3%及24.4%，预期明年的净利润表现将贴近公司盈利正常水平。该行指，消除不确定性因素后，将高鑫零售目标价上调至2.09港元，维持“买入”评级。
