智通财经APP获悉，恒大物业(06666)尾盘涨超11%，截至发稿，涨6.94%，报0.77港元，成交额2004.63万港元。
消息面上，香港法院将中国恒大附属天基控股的清盘呈请聆讯由3月12月提前至2月17日举行，天基控股是恒大部分美元票据的担保人。根据天基控股的法定代表，与该附属公司相关的债务总额约为370亿元人民币。
此外，据此前公告，香港法院1月10日向中国恒大集团附属公司CEG Holdings发出清盘令。于2024年6月底CEG Holdings持有恒大物业49.79%股权，而CEG Holdings的最终控制人是许家印。若遭法院清盘，意味着CEG Holdings将退出恒大物业实控人的位置，进而由清盘人接手。换言之，恒大物业或彻底摆脱中国恒大和许家印的控制。
