智通财经APP获悉，星巴克(SBUX.US)周五表示，该公司与代表1万多名咖啡师的工会同意撤销对彼此提起的诉讼。此前一天，双方同意引入调解人以帮助恢复陷入僵局的谈判。
周五的决定使双方离达成协议又近了一步。星巴克在一份声明中表示：“我们将继续努力就单店合同框架达成协议。”工会则表示：“当星巴克撤回诉讼时，工会也撤回了反诉。我们很自豪地支持星巴克咖啡师争取公平合同的斗争。”
星巴克与工会的谈判于去年4月开始，但在去年12月的最后一轮谈判前暂停。工会表示，星巴克尚未拿出全面的一揽子方案。在去年圣诞节前，工会进行了为期五天的罢工，导致洛杉矶、芝加哥和西雅图等多个城市的星巴克门店关闭。
