智通财经APP获悉，周二美股盘前，热门中概股普涨，金山云(KC.US)和小鹏汽车(XPEV.US)涨近8%、哔哩哔哩(BILI.US)和理想汽车(LI.US)涨超5%，万国数据(GDS.US)涨超4%，名创优品(MNSO.US)、京东(JD.US)和富途控股(FUTU.US)涨超3%。今日港股表现强势，恒生指数涨近3%。消息面上，美国总统特朗普签署行政命令，暂停对墨西哥和加拿大商品加征关税，将其实施时间推迟到2025年3月4日。此外，中方针对美对华加征关税采取反制措施，即日起对钨等物项实施出口管制。
