兴证国际出售债券预计亏损约482万元
财中社2月4日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告，董事会宣布，公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年1月17日及1月24日在公开市场分别出售本金总额为5000万元（相当于约5379万港元）的债券，总代价约为4518万元（相当于约4860万港元）。尽管本次出售事项的适用百分比率不超过5%，但与过往出售事项合并计算的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易。
此次出售的债券到期日为2028年1月23日，固定年利率为7.00%。公司预计将出售所得款项用于一般运营资金，若有合适投资机会，也可用于新投资。此次出售事项导致公司录得约482万元（相当于约518万港元）的亏损，具体金额需经核数师审阅确认。董事会认为此次出售符合公司整体利益，并基于一般商业条款进行，属公平合理。
