法国化妆品巨头欧莱雅周一表示，同意以30亿欧元（约合31.1亿美元）的价格出售其在法国制药巨头赛诺菲的部分股份。

　　该公司表示，将以每股101.5欧元的价格，将所持赛诺菲2.3%的股份（约2960万股）出售给赛诺菲。

　　此次出售后，欧莱雅仍将持有赛诺菲7.2%的股份。

　　欧莱雅表示，该交易将通过场外大宗交易进行，并将在未来几天内完成。

　　赛诺菲在另一份声明中表示，此次交易是该制药公司于2025年1月30日宣布的股票回购计划的一部分。
