踏入蛇年，新世界发展(00017.HK) 北角皇都戏院住宅项目“皇都”自1月开放展销厅予VIP参观，项目至今成功标售13伙，套现逾5亿元，每伙平均售价近4,000万元，实用平均呎价逾3.42万元。
新世界发展营业及市务(特别项目)部总经理何家欣表示，集团于蛇年主打4个项目，包括“皇都”项目涉375伙、黄竹坑站港岛南岸第5期涉约800伙、九龙城衙前塱道项目涉约120伙，以及启德跑道区柏蔚森，涉786伙，累计涉约2,100伙。
当中，“皇都”将于本周内公布首张价单，涉及不少于78伙，将成集团及市场的蛇年首个推售新盘，涵盖一房、两房及两房连储物房间隔。另外，项目将设有两个示范单位予公众参观，包括一房已装饰交楼标准示范单位及两房连储物室交楼标准示范单位，实用面积分别为351及509方呎。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-28 12:25。)
