消息面上，DeepSeek此前发布的DeepSeek-R1开源模型表现卓越，引发市场震动。值得一提的是，此前有报道称，雷军千万年薪挖走DeepSeek关键开发者罗福莉，罗福莉将会直接成为小米大模型团队的领导人之一，小米希望其可以借助开发DeepSeek-V2的经验，优化并提升小米AI大模型的效率和体验。
华泰证券认为，此次DeepSeek凭借低成本、高性能优势引发市场波动，或推动投资者重新评估中国科技企业在AI赛道的技术潜力，中美科技股或迎来价值重估行情。光大证券指出，未来三年金山云将继续为金山软件和小米集团提供云服务，同时受益于金山软件办公业务WPS AI商业化推进+云游戏发行和运营。海通证券表示，公司业务结构优化与AI共振，生态协同优势有望加速业绩增长。
