【环球网科技综合报道】2月4日消息，日本共同社的报道称，软银集团（SBG）和美国OpenAI公司近日宣布，将在日本设立对半出资的新公司，开始销售企业用生成式人工智能（AI）。据称这将是独家销售，通过最先进的AI为企业开拓新业务和服务提供支持。SBG董事长兼社长孙正义与OpenAI首席执行官（CEO）萨姆·阿尔特曼在东京举办面向企业的活动，透露了该消息。

新公司名为“SB OpenAI Japan”。SBG旗下新设的中间持股公司与OpenAI将各出资50%。首先在SBG旗下各企业使用，每年向OpenAI支付30亿美元使用费。

企业用AI名为“Cristal intelligence”，将令其在各企业内分别学习内部数据进行专用化，然后替代人类自主工作，设想的是制作资料和应对顾客。

孙正义强调说这是全球最先进的AI，“将从日本开始。AI智能体将365天24小时不停歇地完成工作”。他还表示计划在日本建设旨在运用的数据中心。阿尔特曼指出：“对于AI发展而言，现在是重要时期。”（旺旺）
