金吾财讯 | 餐饮股盘多数回暖，截至发稿，海底捞(06862)涨5.56%，九毛九(09922)涨4.17%，呷哺呷哺(00520)涨4.82%，海伦司(09869)涨2.39%，达势股份(01405)涨1.57%。消息面上，中金公司发布研报称，2024年出行相关的酒店、旅游在去年的高基数下总体面临“量稳价降”的情况，餐饮、免税、人服延续2023年以来的量价压力。展望2025年，在连锁化率和集中度提升仍有较大空间的背景下，具备规模和品牌优势的行业“基础设施”将有望继续提升市场份额、实现穿越周期的成长，同时行业有望迎来需求回暖和价格拐点。中信证券发布研报称，中央重视内需态度明确，餐饮作为顺周期代表直接受益，修复弹性较大。终端餐饮细分赛道龙头率先上调价格反映竞争总体走向平稳，价格战加剧可能性较低。餐饮供应链板块料将受益下游餐饮业绩复苏，该行看好2025年需求改善、成本继续下行及竞争缓解推动的盈利修复。
