智通财经APP获悉，中远海能(01138)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.21%，报7.42港元，成交额4249.13万港元。
消息面上，中远海能公告，拟向特定对象发行A股股票不超过14.3亿股(发行前总股本的30%)，募集资金不超过80亿元，拟用于投资建造6艘VLCC；投资建造2艘LNG运输船；投资建造3艘阿芙拉型原油轮。公司控股股东中远海运集团承诺认购发行数量的50%。此外，公司公布三年股东回报计划，其中以现金方式累计分配的利润不少于三年实现的年均可分配利润的30%。
华创证券认为，本次募投项目有利于公司把握行业发展趋势、优化船龄结构、扩充LNG 运力、提升内外贸油运竞争优势。通过增发募集资金也有助于降低公司资产负债率，增厚公司可持续发展的财务基础。该行持续看好油运行业强供给约束+风险溢价属性，公司作为全球油运龙头有望充分受益。
