Perenti (ASX:PRN) subsidiary Barminco secured a AU$120 million contract to provide underground development and ground support services for the Nevada Gold Mines joint venture at the Goldrush project in Nevada, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The Nevada Gold Mines is a joint venture between Barrick Gold and Newmont (ASX:NEM), the filing said.
The 36-month contract is set to start within the month, per the filing.
Perenti shares rose more than 2% in afternoon trade Tuesday.
