任天堂GameCube“太空世界”原型机现身eBay，卖家要价10万美元
2 月 1 日消息，任天堂 GameCube 系列主机发布至今已近 25 年，然而仍然有一群忠实的粉丝热衷于寻找这款主机的稀有版本。其中，最为稀有的要数“太空世界（Space World）”版 GameCube。
据 IGN 1 月 30 日报道，这款主机只是当年在 2000 年任天堂 Space World 展会上展示的原型机。虽然它一度被认为已经消失，但在 2023 年，这款配有 LED 的原型机被 ConsoleVariations 的 Donny Fillerup 重新发现，并曝光在网络上。
GameCube “太空世界”版与普通零售版有几个明显的区别。外观上，主机顶部的黑色标志下半部分变得半透明，能清晰看到光盘，散热孔也有所不同。根据 ConsoleVariations 的描述，这款原型机与原版日本 GameCube 在设计上有超过 20 个不同之处。
Donny Fillerup 正在 eBay 上以 10 万美元（IT之家备注：当前约 72.9 万元人民币）的高价出售这款主机。他在页面上写道，计划将这笔收入用于建设一个“游戏场所”，让来访者能感受到年轻时的快乐。这款主机并没有与其控制器一起出售，而控制器与标准的 GameCube 控制器相比也有显著不同。
