消息称AMD将在3月同时推出锐龙9 9000X3D处理器和RX 9070显卡
2 月 2 日消息，AMD 旗下 12 核和 16 核 Zen 5 处理器将于本季度推出。法国媒体 Cowcotland 在 1 月底的消息来源称，AMD 的两个新的 X3D 处理器预计将在 3 月底发布，大约与新的 Radeon RX 9070 和 RX 9070 XT 显卡发售日期相同。
Cowcotland 表示这是一个接近零售渠道的可信来源，但没有提供进一步的细节。
华擎已在其官网上公布了锐龙 9000X3D 系列处理器的 CPU 支持列表，暗示这两款处理器将会在近期上市。
锐龙 9 9950X3D 将配备最高 5.7 GHz 频率，与 9950X 相同，并且 TDP 均为 170W 。该处理器拥有总共 144MB 缓存，明显高于非 X3D 版本的 80MB 缓存。
12 核的锐龙 9 9900X3D 具有最高 5.5 GHz 频率，比 9900X 低 100 MHz。它包括 140MB 的总缓存，而非 X3D 型号为 76MB。两者的相同点是均为 120W TDP。
AMD 公司副总裁兼客户渠道业务总经理 David McAfee 此前已确认，Radeon RX 9000 系列显卡将于三月发售。
AMD RDNA 4 架构基于升级的 4nm 节点，搭载第二代生成式 AI 加速器、第三代光线追踪加速器和第二代 AMD Radiance 显示引擎。IT之家附目前传闻的 Radeon RX 9070 XT / 9070 显卡参数如下：
