智通财经APP讯，绿景中国地产(00095)发布公告，于2024年1月4日，碧玺发行本金总额为527.8万美元且于2025年到期的8.0厘有担保商业票据(ISIN编号：XS2738064158);本金总额为1.14亿港元且于2025年到期的8.00厘有担保商业票据(ISIN编号：XS2738072094);及本金总额为人民币4050万元且于2025年到期的8.00厘有担保商业票据(ISIN编号：XS2738082218)(统称“该等票据”，各自为“票据”)。碧玺并未根据该等票据的条款及条件于2025年1月2日(即到期日)赎回该等票据(未予赎回)。
就未予赎回而言，碧玺已于2025年1月28日展开同意征求程序(同意征求)，就各票据向持有尚未赎回的该票据本金总额不少于90%的至少大多数投赞成票人士征求必要同意(必要同意)，以通过该等票据相关特别决议案(特别决议案)的方式批准修订该等票据的到期日、该等票据的管辖法律以及根据该等票据的条款及条件(条件)豁免现有违约(如有)或任何相应违约情况。
