　　对于2024年末大火的谷子经济，旷实认为，谷子经济并非短期炒作，而是具备长期投资价值的赛道，但其发展依赖于IP获取能力、产品设计能力及渠道能力的综合提升。

　　旷实指出，谷子经济在去年11月至12月期间曾引发市场热炒，相关传媒股涨幅显著，但随后出现较大回调，导致部分投资者质疑其是否为纯概念炒作。旷实强调，谷子经济本质上是IP授权逻辑的延伸，具备长期投资价值。短期回调主要由于部分公司尚未将概念转化为实际产品和业绩，但长期来看，谷子经济在年轻人中具有强大的生命力和需求基础。

　　旷实提到，中国泛娱乐衍生品市场规模已超过1000亿元，而谷子经济作为其中的重要组成部分，主要围绕二次元IP开发衍生品，如钥匙扣、徽章、卡牌等。其核心驱动因素在于两方面：一是持续迭代的头部IP资源，二是基于IP的创意产品设计和渠道能力。他表示，谷子经济并非短期概念炒作，而是具备长期发展潜力的赛道。未来，能够在IP资源、产品设计和渠道能力上形成竞争优势的企业，有望成为谷子经济领域的龙头公司。
