消息面上，香港交易及结算所有限公司主席唐家成透露，进入2025年，香港交易所各项数据继续向好。1月，香港交易所共有8只新股上市，日均成交1,500亿港元。香港交易所目前正处理超过100家公司的上市申请，仅1月就收到了约30家公司的上市申请，其中有7份是A+H上市申请。唐家成还表示，种种迹象表明，国际投资者对香港市场重新产生了兴趣。
此外，根据香港联交所披露的文件，1月27日，摩根大通增持香港交易所128.08万股普通股股份，价值约3.88亿港元。增持后，摩根大通最新持股数目为8,886.97万股股份，好仓比例由6.90%升至7.00%。
