IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F) issued 70,000 new shares under its options schemes, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company issued 60,000 shares priced at 5.92 Malaysian ringgit under its 2022 Enterprise Option Scheme and 10,000 shares priced at 5.87 ringgit under its 2023 Enterprise Option Scheme.
Following the corporate action, IHH's total issued shares increased to 8,814,242,463, with a share capital of 20.1 billion ringgit. The new shares will be listed on Feb. 4.
