智通财经APP讯，茂盛控股(00022)公布，于2025年2月7日，公司的间接全资附属奋耀有限公司拟向HKIA Accommodation Limited出售永伦800酒店及家具，代价为7.65亿港元。
非常重大出售事项物业包括酒店及其内设家具。该集团自 2007年起开始营运酒店。酒店位于青衣蓝澄湾海滨南岸，邻近香港主要旅游景点(包括亚洲国际博览馆及香港迪士尼乐园)。酒店提供800间客房。
同日，公司的直接全资附属Grand V Limited拟向景先有限公司收购宏景置业有限公司100%股权。
于本公布日期，目标公司的主要资产为非常重大收购事项物业。非常重大收购事项物业由商场及305个停车位组成，作商业用途，总实用面积约为16,742平方尺。
预计出售事项实现约4亿港元收益，收购事项完成后目标公司财务业绩将综合入账。出售事项所得款项净额约7.45亿港元，拟用于偿还银行贷款、分派股息、支付收购代价及用作营运资金。
待股东于股东大会批准且出售事项完成后，拟宣派每股0.06港元的非常重大出售事项特别股息;收购事项完成后，拟宣派每股0.06港元的非常重大收购事项特别股息。
