Cyprium Metals (ASX:CYM) has executed an early contractor involvement contract with Macmahon Holdings (ASX:MAH) to restart productions at its Nifty Copper Complex in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The contract follows the heads of agreement announced on Jan. 23 and marks the start of advancing the pre-feasibility study towards a bankable feasibility study at the project, the filing said.

Macmahon will play a lead role in the feasibility studies and the parties will work towards a life-of-mine alliance contract, the filing added.
