【海通证券：公司提出终止上市申请】金十数据2月7日讯，海通证券公告，公司将在上交所、香港联交所批准公司终止上市申请后刊登终止上市公告。随后，公司终止上市，国泰君安开始实施换股。未成功申报实施现金选择权的股东所持有的公司股份将按《国泰君安证券股份有限公司换股吸收合并海通证券股份有限公司并募集配套资金暨关联交易报告书》确认的换股比例转换为国泰君安的股份。国泰君安向公司全体A股换股股东发行的股份将在上交所上市流通；向公司全体H股换股股东发行的股份将在香港联交所上市流通。
