格隆汇2月5日丨希玛医疗(03309.HK)发布公告，根据目前可获得的截至2024年12月31日止年度未经审核财务资料，撇除下述减值亏损的影响，集团预期公司权益持有人应占溢利将介于50百万港元至60百万港元（2023财政年度：62.0百万港元），撇除下述减值亏损的影响，除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前盈利（经调整EBITDA）将约为300百万港元（2023财政年度：343.5百万港元）。由于集团医院及诊所的商誉、物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产预期录得若干减值介于约195百万港元至215百万港元，集团预期录得公司权益持有人应占亏损介于约130百万港元至160百万港元（2023财政年度：溢利62.0百万港元）。以2024财政年度的收益而言，预期集团于2024财政年度的收益约19.00亿港元，而2023财政年度的收益为19.24亿港元。
减值亏损乃由于竞争激烈及2024年整体消费意欲减弱，导致若干医院及诊所的表现逊于预期。上述减值为一次性非现金开支，不会对集团的整体营运造成任何影响。
由于2024财政年度来自业务的整体现金流量强劲，董事会拟恢复2024财政年度的派息建议，但须待股东于2025年第二季举行的应届股东周年大会上批准后，方可作实。集团于2024财政年度来自业务的现金流量强劲，乃由于深圳希玛爱康健口腔集团有限公司的牙科业务表现强劲、集团领先的香港眼科业务表现稳定，以及公司专注于大湾区眼科及牙科业务的策略所致。
