GSK (GSK) reported Q4 earnings Wednesday of 0.23 British pounds ($0.29) per share, down from 0.29 pounds a year earlier.
An analyst polled by FactSet expected 0.20 pounds.
Sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31 were 8.12 billion pounds compared with 8.05 billion pounds a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet estimated 7.78 billion.
GSK maintained its Q4 dividend at 0.16 pounds per share to be paid on April 10 to holders as of Feb. 21.
The company said it expects 2025 EPS to increase by 6% to 8% on sales growth of 3% to 5%. Analysts surveyed by FactSet estimate 1.55 pounds in core EPS on revenue of 31.10 billion pounds.
The company also approved a 2 billion pound share buyback program for the next 18 months.
Shares of the company were up over 5% in recent pre-market activity.
