【海螺水泥：终止认购西部建设非公开发行A股股份】金十数据2月5日讯，海螺水泥公告，公司于2021年12月21日与中建西部建设股份有限公司签署了《附条件生效的股票认购协议》和《附条件生效的战略合作协议》，拟以自有资金认购西部建设非公开发行的A股股份。经审慎研究并与西部建设协商一致，公司于2025年2月5日与西部建设签署了《附条件生效的股票认购协议之终止协议》，约定本公司与西部建设终止《附条件生效的股票认购协议》《附条件生效的战略合作协议》及其补充协议的履行，公司不再参与认购西部建设本次非公开发行A股股份事宜。
