东阳光长江药业续签2025年分成协议 最高分成7000万元
财中社2月8日电东阳光长江药业（01558）发布公告，宣布与广东东阳光药业续订2025年分成协议。该协议自2025年2月7日起至2025年12月31日止，主要涉及广东东阳光药业向公司分配其销售指定药品所产生的收入或利润。根据协议，广东东阳光药业应向公司分配自指定药品销售产生的销售收入的10%（集采业务）和70%（非集采业务）。如果销售利润总额高于按上述原则计算的收入分成之和，广东东阳光药业将向公司分配所有利润。
在历史交易方面，截至2023年12月31日，公司自广东东阳光药业收取的收入分成或利润金额为2300万元，而2024年为6090万元。根据2025年分成协议，年度上限为7000万元。此协议的续签旨在利用广东东阳光药业的生产和销售能力，进一步提升公司的收益，并在产能短期受限时更有效地使用现有销售资源。董事会认为该协议符合公司的整体利益。
