蔚来创始人、董事长、CEO 李斌今日在直播间透露，今年春节后开工第一天蔚来就宣布了近期对几十个造谣抹黑账号都采取了法律手段，以后还会继续做。
李斌表示，现在造谣成本比较低，蔚来还是希望依法打击造谣和抹黑，但网络取证的难度很大，希望大家帮助提供线索。此外，他也向参与者喊话：水军是个产业，很多人参与，与其做这一行，不如给蔚来法务部提供线索，蔚来肯定会答谢，肯定比做水军赚得多。李斌透露，近期还会发布新的线索答谢措施，欢迎提供线索。
IT之家注意到，蔚来法务部 2 月 5 日发布《关于进一步打击黑公关和网络水军的声明》，对外公布近期维权进展。
声明称，蔚来已对“妄图改变世界”、“细思极恐的奇闻”等侵权账号持有人提起诉讼，目前案件正在推进中。某些网络账号为博取自身流量，仍在极其恶劣地以侮辱、诽谤等方式攻击蔚来及蔚来创始人，如“老蔡商业反思”账号持有人蔡勇劲等，也将对之提起诉讼，在此过程中发现涉嫌构成犯罪的，将向有关部门报案。
