日前，福特汽车公司宣布，现任福特汽车公司副总裁、福特中国总裁兼首席执行官吴胜波将在现有职责范围基础上，兼管福特汽车国际市场集团（IMG）业务。福特汽车国际市场集团负责人Jeff Marentic将向吴胜波汇报工作。

福特汽车公司总裁兼首席执行官吉姆·法利（Jim Farley）表示：“福特汽车正在不断加速推进Ford+计划，我们将持续建立一支能力卓越、以使命为导向的管理团队，带领公司达成业务目标。同时，在这个变化迅速、竞争激烈的市场上，将福特汽车成功转型为一家更高增长、更高利润、更可持续发展的公司。”

吴胜波于2022年10月加入福特中国，担任福特中国总经理兼首席运营官，并在2023年3月升任福特中国总裁兼首席执行官，随即推出福特中国业务战略：聚焦具有竞争优势的核心业务，充分发挥福特旗下具有标志性的产品的优势，为客户带来更好的产品和体验；通过与中国产业链合作，开发本土化新能源车型，加速福特汽车在中国的电气化转型；拓展福特中国的整车出口业务，为全球用户提供高品质的汽车产品。
