万洲国际向股东宣派特别股息约2.15亿港元
财中社2月6日电万洲国际（00288）发布公告，董事会决定向股东宣派特别股息合共约2.15亿港元。根据公告，按于公告日期已发行股份总数128.3亿股计算，分派约每股股份0.01673港元。此外，合资格股东每持有9300股股份将获发一股分派史密斯菲尔德股份，若选择现金付款则约为155.6港元。
公告还指出，合资格股东可选择收取分派史密斯菲尔德股份或现金，持有少于9300股的股东则只能选择现金，每股现金付款同样为0.01673港元。对于不合资格股东，亦可按所持股份数目收取现金付款。公告中提到的分派安排与史密斯菲尔德股份在纳斯达克全球精选市场的上市相关，预计该股份将在2025年1月28日开始交易。
