新浪科技讯 2月7日上午消息，从物美获悉，北京物美第一家向胖东来学习的自主调改门店确定为学清路店，该店将于2月10日起闭店调改，并将于3月21日上午9点半恢复正常营业。

　　“近年来，尽管我们一直在持续探索更好的企业管理和经营理念，力求更好地回馈大家给予我们的支持。但是，我们做得还远远不够。”物美在2月6日发布的公告中表示，已经深刻反思并全面审视自身问题，下定决心进行全方位的调整与改善。

　　据悉，物美将全面调整和改进超市的经营策略，包括商品结构优化、品质管控、价格调整、卖场布局和动线规划、环境改善、顾客服务提升以及员工待遇优化等。

　　其中，商品方面，调改后的物美学清路店将保障民生需求，补充商品功能，保留一线品牌，引进胖东来优质商品，优选特色、质量可靠的商品，梳理后商品结构将达到接近胖东来商品结构的90%。

　　价格方面，物美将进一步优化采购渠道，调整商品价格，保证实实在在的商品定价、合理的利润。环境上也将有大幅度调整，超市将调改卖场布局，不再强制动线，提供更加安全、方便、舒适的购物环境。

　　员工待遇也将得到提升。该门店将提高员工薪资、减少工时、增加休假等。同时，缩短营业时间，让员工更好地兼顾生活、工作，每日营业时间调整为上午9点半至晚上9点半。
