智通财经APP获悉，中国儒意(00136)尾盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.02%，报2.51港元，成交额1.28亿港元。
消息面上，中国儒意近期宣布，拟发行认购股份与配售新股份，共筹约38.75亿港元。其中，阳光人寿拟认购6.54亿股股份，出资约15.5亿港元。本次交易后，阳光人寿合计持有中国儒意11.42亿股普通股，占上市公司交易后扩大总股本的7.15%，由此触发举牌。
此外，中国儒意1月中旬公告称，向腾讯控股收购北京永航科技有限公司30%股权，代价合共8.25亿元人民币。包括7.425亿元人民币现金，以及儒意以每股代价股份2.432港元的价格向香港腾讯或其指定方配发及发行约3,670万股代价股份。目标公司核心资产包括《QQ炫舞》、《QQ炫舞2》及《QQ炫舞手游》等游戏。
