此外，1月22日，特朗普宣布OpenAI、甲骨文、软银星际之门计划，计划未来四年投资5000亿美元建设AI基础设施，并且大力发展AI相关电力建设。华源证券指出，如此规模的AI基建，电力资源或将是stargate率先需要解决的，建议关注小堆公司，同时受此带动上游资源品铀相关的投资机会。
