智通财经APP获悉，波音公司(BA.US)于2月7日宣布，计划在2025年4月前对其太空发射系统(SLS)团队进行裁员，预计减少约400个职位。此次裁员是为了适应美国国家航空航天局(NASA)阿尔忒弥斯计划的调整以及成本预期的改变。
波音表示，将在未来几周内向受影响的员工发出为期60天的非自愿裁员通知。公司发言人强调，波音正在与客户合作，寻找机会重新部署公司员工，以尽量减少裁员。
阿尔忒弥斯计划是NASA主导的一项重要太空探索项目，旨在2025年将宇航员送回月球，并为未来的火星任务奠定基础。该项目预计到2025年将耗资930亿美元。然而，其自启动以来一直面临诸多挑战，包括严重的延误和成本不断上升。
阿尔忒弥斯2号的载人绕月飞行任务已从2024年底推迟至2025年9月，而阿尔忒弥斯3号的首次宇航员登月任务也从原计划的2025年底推迟至2026年9月。
