Embraer Gets Order From Flexjet Worth Up to $7 Billion

Embraer received an order from luxury private aircraft company Flexjet for a fleet of its business jets, in a contract worth up to $7 billion.

The aerospace company said the order, which includes its Praetor 600, Praetor 500 and Phenom 300E models, represents a firm order of 182 aircraft and 30 options, as well as a suite of services and support.

"We are delighted with Flexjet's renewed commitment to Embraer through this comprehensive purchase agreement, which strengthens even further our strategic partnership of over 20 years," said Chief Executive Michael Amalfitano.
