【安达保险正式解散 相应资产负债由华泰财险受让】金十数据2月6日讯，2月5日，金融监管总局显示，批复同意解散安达保险有限公司。根据要求，接此批复文件后，安达保险应立即停止一切经营活动，于15个工作日内向金融监管总局缴回许可证，并按照有关法律法规要求办理相关手续。安达保险已于2024年12月27日在官网发布清算公告，根据公告，安达保险清算组于2024年12月26日正式成立，该公司于同日进入解散清算程序。相关人士向记者表示，这一动作主要是落实“一参一控”的监管要求。根据《保险公司股权管理办法》，同一投资人及其关联方、一致行动人只能成为一家经营同类业务的保险公司的控制类股东，成为控制类股东和战略类股东的家数合计不得超过两家。因此，安达保险的保险整体保险业务及相应资产、负债由华泰保险集团旗下的华泰财险受让。
