Cement and commodity clinker producer Anhui Conch Cement (SHA:600585, HKG:0914) mutually terminated its agreement to participate in the private share placement of construction materials manufacturer China West Construction Group (SHE:002302).
No shares were issued and subscribed under the agreement following the expiration of the 12-month validity period on Feb. 1, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
