Peoples Financial Services' chief financial officer and chief operating officer will swap roles, effective March 31.
The Scranton, Pa., holding company for Peoples Security Bank and Trust said Tuesday that James Bone Jr., who currently serves as the company's chief operations officer, will transition to its top finance role.
John Anderson III will succeed Bone as chief operating officer. He currently serves as the company's CFO.
The company said that both Bone and Anderson will advance the bank's mission to provide better banking services to its communities.
