上证报中国证券网讯（记者徐蔚）2月7日，海通证券公告称，公司已于2025年2月7日向上海证券交易所提交公司A股股票主动终止上市的申请。公司将在上交所、香港联交所批准本公司终止上市申请后刊登终止上市公告。随后，公司终止上市，国泰君安开始实施换股。

同日，国泰君安公告称，公司A股异议股东收购请求权申报期已结束，将于2月10日开市起复牌。
