展望今年楼市走势，资本策略地产(00497.HK) 执行董事何乐辉预计上半年楼价将平稳发展，市场正观望财政预算案推出新措施，全年则预测楼价录得单位数升幅，当中更看好豪宅市场表现。
他指出，市场预期今年继续减息，近月本港旅游业复苏，航空运力亦已恢复，憧憬香港经济平稳发展，将持续物色适合土地以补充土地储备，包括政府卖地、旧楼收购或者土地二手买卖，亦不排除与其他财团或其他发展商合作。
集团旗下佐敦“高临”至今累计售出189伙，占全盘共259伙的近73%，套现约15.8亿元；渣甸山“皇第”至今售出约14伙，套现约26.1亿元，尚余2伙待售，项目最后一伙连装修特色大宅则正在招租。
