新浪科技讯 2月8日晚间消息，关于蔚来在网络上受到抹黑攻击，蔚来创始人、董事长、CEO李斌在直播间表示，原来对此一直比较佛系，抱着有则改之无则加勉的态度，但有组织的抹黑攻击如果不去回应，对用户对同事对公司品牌都是不负责任的。因此，从去年开始，蔚来法务同事强硬起来，赢了很多官司，赔偿款都捐给了公益活动。

　　他谈到，今年春节后开工第一天蔚来就宣布了近期对几十个造谣抹黑账号都采取了法律手段，以后还会继续做。

　　李斌表示，现在造谣成本比较低，蔚来还是希望依法打击造谣和抹黑，但网络取证的难度很大，希望大家帮助提供线索。

　　他也向参与者喊话，表示水军是个产业，很多人参与，与其做这一行，不如给蔚来法务部提供线索，蔚来肯定会答谢，肯定比做水军赚得多。李斌透露，近期还会发布新的线索答谢措施，欢迎提供线索。
