2月5日金融一线消息，金融壹账通发布公告称，公司董事会宣布陈当阳接替因个人原因已辞任的沈崇锋，出任公司执行董事、董事长兼CEO，自2025年2月5日起生效。董事会对沈崇锋在其任期内对本公司作出的贡献表示感谢。

　　简历显示，陈当阳，45岁，自2021年9月至2025年2月在平安产险任职，历任科技中心总监、总经理助理，负责推进公司数字化转型，包括落实科技监管要求，建设科技数据能力，管理技术团队，培养技术人才等。

　　陈当阳拥有丰富的大型金融机构、互联网公司管理背景。在加入平安集团之前，陈当阳于2015年6月至2021年9月担任蚂蚁科技集团保险事业群的首席技术官；2007年8月至2015年6月，出任中信银行高级研发工程师、云计算应用研发部总经理助理、总工办副主任兼首席应用架构师等职位。

　　陈当阳于2007年7月和2002年7月分别获得北京航空航天大学工学博士学位和工学学士学位。
