面临市场压力，消息称美国工业巨头霍尼韦尔将一拆为三
IT之家 2 月 7 日消息，据《华尔街日报》6 日报道，知情人士透露，美国工业集团霍尼韦尔正筹划拆分为三家独立公司，最快将于当地时间周四官宣。
其中，航空航天部门将从自动化业务中剥离，同时推进先进材料部门的分拆计划。这一决定是霍尼韦尔董事会和首席执行官维马尔・卡普尔近一年来业务重组评估的最终结果。
与此同时，激进投资者 Elliott Investment Management 也在施压，希望霍尼韦尔效仿通用电气，拆分业务提升市值。
据IT之家了解，通用电气在 2024 年完成拆分后，航空航天、能源和医疗业务的合计市值已达到 2022 年的四倍，仅航空航天板块就高达 2150 亿美元（当前约 1.57 万亿元人民币），远超拆分前的整体估值。
霍尼韦尔的股价长期表现不佳，使这家 119 年历史、市值近 1500 亿美元（当前约 1.09 万亿元人民币）的企业面临市场压力。卡普尔自 2023 年接任 CEO 后，已着手将业务重组为航空、自动化和能源转型三大板块，并通过并购扩展业务版图。
霍尼韦尔计划在 2026 年下半年完成自动化和航空航天业务的拆分，目标是让新公司拥有更大的财务灵活性和更专注的管理层。目前，航空航天业务占霍尼韦尔年收入的 40%，拆分后，该业务有望成为全球最大的航空供应商之一。霍尼韦尔还计划继续推进并购，延续过去两年 100 亿美元的投资步伐，以强化核心业务竞争力。
