【河南农商银行获批筹建，由河南农商联合银行等25家法人机构以新设合并方式组建】金十数据2月7日讯，河南农村商业银行股份有限公司获批筹建。国家金融监督管理总局2月7日披露的批复显示，同意筹建河南农商银行。筹建工作小组应严格按照有关法律法规要求办理筹建事宜，自批复之日起6个月内完成筹建工作。作出批复的时间是1月24日。25家法人机构所有债权和债务由组建后的河南农商银行承接。25家法人机构自清产核资基准日至河南农商银行开业期间的经营损益，由成立后的河南农商银行全体股东享有和承担。
