智通财经APP讯，密迪斯肌(08307)发布公告，于2025年2月7日，承租人(本公司的间接全资附属公司)与出租人(为独立第三方)就重续租赁物业订立租赁协议，用作本集团在香港的其中一间医学皮肤护理中心，自2025年2月23日起至2028年2月22日止(包括首尾两日)。
据悉，该物业位于香港皇后大道中18号新世界大厦二座21楼全层。
本集团自2016年2月23日起一直租赁该物业作为其位于香港的两家医学皮肤护理中心之一。于评估重续现有租约或租用新中心的选择时，董事认为物业策略性选址于香港中环区，该地段带来持续商机，且交通便利，集团和潜在的客户搭乘公共交通工具便可轻松抵达。续订租赁协议维持本集团在香港黄金地段的地位。
