Affiliated Managers Group (AMG) said Thursday that it acquired a minority stake in real estate investment manager NorthBridge Partners.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
NorthBridge's management team will retain a "significant" equity stake and continue to manage the firm's daily operations, Affiliated Managers Group said.
