　　该决定确认了彭博新闻社上个月的一篇报道，此前维权投资者Elliott Investment Management去年11月公布持有超过50亿美元的霍尼韦尔头寸，为史上最大单只股票头寸。这位投资者呼吁分拆，称霍尼韦尔的集团结构是其股价表现不佳和财务业绩不一致的原因。
