ValueMax (SGX:T6I) allotted and issued 150 shares upon exercise of the same number of warrants at an exercise price of SG$0.36 apiece on Wednesday, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on the same day.
Accordingly, the number of issued ordinary shares of the company has increased to 868,447,471 ordinary shares from 868,447,321 shares.
ValueMax shares were up 1% recently.
