智通财经APP讯，白云山(00874)发布公告，广州白云山医药集团股份有限公司(“公司”)于2025年1月21日召开第九届董事会第十九次会议，审议通过了《关于选举公司法定代表人的议案》，选举执行董事李小军为公司法定代表人。
公司已完成法定代表人变更的工商登记手续，并于2025年2月6日取得广州市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》。本次工商变更登记后，公司法定代表人变更为李小军。
