据援引知情人士报道称，业务涵盖从航空航天到特种化学品的企业集团霍尼韦尔正准备分拆为三家独立公司。 

　　报道称，这家总部位于北卡罗来纳州夏洛特的集团将把航空航天部门从自动化业务中剥离，同时分拆先进材料部门。报道补充称，该计划预计将于周四宣布。

　　报道称，该决定是董事会和首席执行官Vimal Kapur大约一年前开始进行的战略评估的结果。

　　该股在纽约常规交易开始前上涨5%。
