智通财经APP获悉，北控水务集团(00371)盘中涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.29%，报2.2港元，成交额2416.83万港元。
花旗发布研报称，预计北控水务2024年盈利或逊预期，但北控水务仍计划保持每年派息不变，维持在每股0.157港元。随资本支出从2024年的60亿元人民币降低至2026年的30亿至40亿元人民币，自由现金流有望改善，这有利于维持其股息，其2024年预期股息率达到6.7%。
华泰证券此前指出，北控水务坚持轻资产转型，1H24自由现金流净额0.37亿元，同比由负转正。虽短期回款或存在一定压力，但水务运营回款与政府财政支付能力息息相关，未来有望受益于化债政策带来的现金流改善。稳定派息政策下，股息率达6.60%，具有吸引力。维持“买入”评级。
